Fundraising Gala
The Primary Care Foundation exists to champion one mission — expanding access to quality primary care across Idaho, especially in the rural and underserved communities that need it most.
A central part of this mission is providing scholarships to student physicians who have demonstrated a clear commitment to remaining in Idaho after graduation. These scholarships help relieve the high costs of medical school and reduce the financial barriers that often prevent students from pursuing primary care careers. By easing this burden, the Foundation allows future physicians to focus on their training and on building meaningful connections with the communities they hope to serve.
The Idaho College of Osteopathic Medicine is proud to serve as the event sponsor for the first PCF Gala, underscoring its unwavering commitment to advancing primary care and improving health outcomes across Idaho. Since its founding, ICOM has remained deeply invested in educating and supporting future physicians who are dedicated to serving rural and underserved communities. As the institution celebrates its 10-year milestone, this sponsorship reflects ICOM’s continued leadership, generosity, and belief in the mission of the Primary Care Foundation—ensuring that student physicians have the support they need to stay, practice, and make a lasting impact in Idaho.
By honoring the first decade and fundraising for the future, ICOM is reaffirming its promise to build a healthier and happier Idaho, one physician, one patient, and one community at a time.
